INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium sized bananas, sliced
- 2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all ingredients except maple syrup into blender and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add maple syrup to taste.
