Banana Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium sized bananas, sliced
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients except maple syrup into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly add maple syrup to taste.
