Caramel Peanut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 pkts Splenda
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 3/4 scoop protein powder (Preferably Vanilla)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
