Banana and Green Tea Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium sized banana, sliced
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tsps green tea powder
  • 1 cup crushed ice/ ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First combine the green tea powder and hot water to form a paste.
  2. Place all the other ingredients, including the paste into a blender and blend until smooth.
