- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp of ground ginger, thyme and pepper (1/4 tsp of each)
- 1 tsp salt
- In a small bowl combine all the spices.
- Run the spices all over the tenderloin to season. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours.
- Grill tenderloins over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
