Pork Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp of ground ginger, thyme and pepper (1/4 tsp of each)
  • 1 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl combine all the spices.
  2. Run the spices all over the tenderloin to season. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours.
  3. Grill tenderloins over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
