Diabetic Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup dry oats (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp coffee extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place oats in blender and blend until they become powdery.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
