INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
- 6 medium sized strawberries (remove stem and cut up)
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- 1 cup cantaloupe (cubed)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all cut up fruit in a medium sized bowl.
- Mix the lime juice, yoghurt, and mint together and then add to the fruit and toss. Serve chilled.
