Delicious Berry Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
  • 6 medium sized strawberries (remove stem and cut up)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 cup cantaloupe (cubed)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all cut up fruit in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix the lime juice, yoghurt, and mint together and then add to the fruit and toss. Serve chilled.
