Cottage Cheese, Raspberry and Cinnamon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 cup ice cubes/crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
