Turkey and Coleslaw Sandwich


  • 2 cups grated carrot and cabbage (mixed)
  • 2 tbsp low fat Italian salad dressing
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 9 oz. thinly slices turkey breast (cooked)
  • 3 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 thinly sliced tomato
  • Cucumber slices


  1. Place coleslaw mix in a bowl and combine with Italian dressing.
  2. Place rye bread slices on a plate and top with turkey, cheese slices, tomato, coleslaw, and cucumber slices.
  3. Close sandwich and toast in a heated pan – 4 min per side or until cheese is melted.
