- 2 cups grated carrot and cabbage (mixed)
- 2 tbsp low fat Italian salad dressing
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 9 oz. thinly slices turkey breast (cooked)
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 1 thinly sliced tomato
- Cucumber slices
- Place coleslaw mix in a bowl and combine with Italian dressing.
- Place rye bread slices on a plate and top with turkey, cheese slices, tomato, coleslaw, and cucumber slices.
- Close sandwich and toast in a heated pan – 4 min per side or until cheese is melted.
