- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tsp strawberry jam – sugar free
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- Cooking spray
- Place egg whites, strawberry jam, oil and oats in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat. Once heated pour 1/2 of the prepared batter to make your first pancake. Cook each side for about 2 min until golden brown.
- Repeat process to make second pancake.
