INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole grain pita pocket
  • ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the low fat cottage cheese and walnuts
  2. Spoon the mixture into your pita pocket and enjoy.
