- 1 cup red seedless grapes (cut in half)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup low fat mayonnaise
- 2 finely chopped sticks of celery
- 4 apples cut into chunky pieces
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Place the grapes, celery, apples and walnuts into a salad bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Drizzle your dressing over the salad and toss.
